I have been working with KCC team for over 2 years and they have always and continue to be fantastic. I have used the KCC team for both daily visits and for vacation overnights. During their daily visits, I receive text messages updates. During their vacation visits, I receive photo texts which always make me smile and comforts me that my fur kids are safe and sound. I have been home a few times when a member of the KCC team stops by and my fur kids all run over to say hello! That is evidence enough that my fur kids love the KCC team as much as I love them. Kate's Critter Care offers great service and has taken great care of our 2 cats while we are away! Whether it is a long weekend away, or a two week vacation we can always rely on receiving a daily update. We are always able to book a sitter, even when we wait until the last minute. Although I recommend booking in advance, especially around the holidays to get the sitter of your choice. We have 3 sitters in rotation now and all of them have been wonderful to work with.
